The Real Estate Hunter is not responsible for any such changes or resulting impacts, and makes no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service. By using the Real Estate Hunter Alexa skill, users acknowledge and accept this dependency on Amazon's infrastructure and services.

3. Dependency on Google  services:

The Real Estate Hunter Alexa skill relies on Google Maps and Google Places to provide certain information in its responses, including but not limited to property location and distance information. Changes to Google's protocols, rules, or availability may impact the functionality of the skill, and may result in the skill being unable to provide certain information or inaccuracy in the information provided. The Real Estate Hunter is not responsible for any such changes or resulting impacts, and makes no guarantee of the accuracy or completeness of information provided through the skill. By using the Real Estate Hunter Alexa skill, users acknowledge and accept this dependency on Google Maps and Google Places.

4. Dependancy on Mobile Services:

 The Real Estate Hunter Alexa skill uses mobile services to send SMS messages to users for the purpose of collecting email addresses. The user must reply to the SMS message with their email address in order to receive information from the skill. The Real Estate Hunter is not responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in the mobile number provided by the user, and makes no guarantee that the SMS message will be delivered or received. By using the Real Estate Hunter Alexa skill and providing a mobile number for SMS communication, users acknowledge and accept this dependency on mobile services and understand that SMS message delivery and receipt is subject to the limitations of the user's mobile service provider."

5. Property Market Data: 

The Real Estate Hunter Alexa skill provides property market data obtained via API from Domain.com.au. The accuracy and completeness of this data is not guaranteed, and the user should use their own discretion when relying on this information.

6. Subscription Fees: 

The Real Estate Hunter Alexa skill provides premium features to agencies in Australia for a monthly subscription fee. The subscription fee is subject to change at any time, and the user will be notified in advance of any changes.

· Monthly Subscription Fees: The agency (user) agrees to pay the monthly subscription fee, which will be charged to the user's credit card on file.

· Payment Authorization: By providing a credit card, the user authorizes the owner of the Real Estate Hunter Alexa skill to charge the monthly subscription fee to the credit card on file.

· Payment Failure: If the credit card on file cannot be charged for any reason, the user will be notified and given the opportunity to update their payment information. If the credit card cannot be charged after a period of 7 days, access to the Real Estate Hunter Alexa skill may be suspended until payment is received.

· Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation or termination of the subscription, the user will not be entitled to a refund of any portion of the subscription fee.

· Payment Disputes: If the user disputes any charges, they must notify the owner of the Real Estate Hunter Alexa skill within 7 days of the charge. Failure to do so will result in the user waiving their right to dispute the charge.

We strive to respond to all support requests via email within 24 hours, but we do not guarantee a response time or resolution to any support requests. We reserve the right to refuse or limit support for any reason in our sole discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability: 

The owner of the Real Estate Hunter Alexa skill is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the Real Estate Hunter Alexa skill or any related content, including but not limited to property market data. The user assumes all risk associated with using the Real Estate Hunter Alexa skill.

10. Privacy:

The user acknowledges and accepts that the Real Estate Hunter is not responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in the mobile number provided by the user, and that the user is responsible for ensuring that they provide an accurate mobile number. The Real Estate Hunter is not responsible for any consequences resulting from the user's failure to provide an accurate mobile number, including but not limited to failure to receive SMS messages or receipt of SMS messages by unintended recipients. The Real Estate Hunter disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
